Steps to Book an Apartment

(1)

Fill in enquiry form (click Enquiry above).


	(2)	We will reply via email to inform you of the apartment's availability, price and general information of the apartment.

	(3)	If you like to book and reserve the apartment offered, reply via email to confirm acceptance of offer and pay a deposit to confirm the reservation as offered.

	(4)	To pay reservation's deposit, there are various payment options: You can ask for a PayPal payment form (if you wish to make a Credit Card payment) or You can pay by Bank Transfer to Valuestay.com.sg Pte Ltd, Account Number 5087-6801-7001 at Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, 65 Chulia Street OCBC Centre Singapore 049513. or You can also pay Cash to our Company's Representative by fixing an appointment, either during showround, or viewing of the apartment. A Receipt will be issued to acknowledge the amount received and Reservation of the apartment is Confirmed.
