| How to Book an Apartment? |

Fill and complete enquiry form (under Enquiry) of the webpage.

Our office will response via email to inform you of availability, price
and general information of the apartment.

If you like to reserve the apartment offered just email to confirm
acceptance of offer and pay a deposit to confirm the reservation or booking as offered.

We accept payment for the deposit via the following:
a. credit card payment through PayPal (PayPal's admin. fee shall be borne by the customer).
Please send us an email to request for PayPal's booking form and we will follow up
accordingly.
b. OR via bank transfer (all bank charges shall be borne by the customer).
